Tuition

Tuition is based on a Yearly Course Fee (divided into 9 equal monthly payments) and NOT by individual classes or weeks. This takes into account all holidays and closings due to inclement weather. Family discounts are available. Tuition payments are non-refundable and due on or before the first week of every month. Accounts that are not current by the 15th of the month will incur a $5.00 late fee. been taken into consideration in arriving at these fees. Attending class regularly will includerease a student's progress. Please call if student misses class. There are no refunds for missed classes.



Payment Policy

• Please have tuition in an envelope with child's name and class written on it
• All checks made payable to Rachel Novelli
• Tuition payments are non-refundable and due on or before the first week of every month. Accounts that are not current as of the 15th of any given month will be charged a $5.00 Late Fee
• There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Registration Fee

$25.00 per single student, $35.00 per family. This fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. Click here for Registration Form.


Recital

Our Annual Recital will be held at the Performing Arts Center at Niagara Falls High School. We will announce the dates for Dress Rehearsal and Recital in October.


Costume Deposit

• All students who participate in the year-end recital must purchase a costume. Each separate class requires a $65.00 costume deposit due during the month of November. This includes tights and accessories. Payment plans are available.
• Costume Deposits are non-refundable after January 1st.

Dress Code

• Jazz: Black split sole jazz shoes, tights and leotard or fitted dance clothing. Fitted jazz pants (must not drag on floor).
• Ballet/Lyrical: Leotard, tights and pink ballet slippers or other fitted dance clothing.
• Tap: Black or tan shoes (ask instructor), tights and leotard.
• Hip-Hop: Dance or street sneakers. Dance clothes or warm-ups, no jeans please!
• Modern: Bare feet. Tights and leotards or other fitted dance clothing.
• Musical Theater: Black split sole jazz shoes or musical theater shoes (ask instructor) tights and leotard or fitted dance clothing.


• Hair MUST be pulled neatly away from the students face and properly secured. Jewelry is not to be worn to class and gum is not allowed.

Studio Calendar

We will e-mail a monthly calendar to you.

The studio will be CLOSED on Halloween Night and Thanksgiving (Thursday thru Sunday)

The students will also have a one (1) week Christmas break, a one (1) week mid winter break and a one (1) week spring break.

We will e-mail you if there are any other holidays off.

Unexpected closings due to weather will be posted on:

Channel 2 - WGRZ-TV

If possible, we will also announce closings on studio answering machine and web site.
